Following a decade in retail buying with leading UK grocery retailers Sainsbury’s and Superdrug, Giorgio developed a passion for helping people realise their potential as Sales Director at Energizer UK, leveraging his expertise on both sides of the table. He spent 10 years at The Gap Partnership, where he developed the Italian business.
In the last twenty years, Giorgio has trained thousands of managers for many of the world’s leading companies. Giorgio is a certified DISC behavioural profiling trainer and works with groups in all five continents, leveraging his ability to connect with and relate with different cultures. Giorgio is fluent in English and Italian.
Alberta Bruni, Training Manager, Bolton Group Srl
Julie is a senior business leader with over 25 years experience in top tier FMCG companies. She has a wealth of commercial experience both in food and non-food, brand and own label.
She spent many years in an account management role at Unilever, and several years in operational and leadership roles at Mondelez, managing the full range of channels, from Wholesale to Traditional Trade, to Modern Trade.
Julie has led teams of 8 and up to 70, including Field Sales teams for Cadbury UK. As well as being an accredited executive coach, Julie has many years of experience designing and delivering commercial programmes to a variety of clients in Europe, USA and Asia. She is also a certified DISC behavioural profiling trainer and an Emotional Intelligence qualified coach. Julie is fluent in Spanish.
Mark Grace, Managing Director, Hags UK
Abdou has extensive experience in retail (Carrefour) and FMCG, across Europe, Asia and North Africa. He is a strategic thinker and over the last fifteen years he has advised many clients in planning their annual negotiations both in modern-trade and traditional-trade environments. He has a particularly deep understanding of distributor management processes. Abdou is exceptionally cosmopolitan, and speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.
Mary had a distinguished international career which included running Shell’s Marketing operations in the Middle East. She also sat on Shell’s European Management team as B2B Marketing Director for many years. She was a senior consultant and Global Client Head at The Gap Partnership for 7 years, where she trained and consulted in Negotiation across a wide sector of industries and geographies. Mary is an accredited executive coach and accredited Sales Funnel (Ray Leone) Sales Consultant and Trainer. Mary’s rich international experience enables her to know the right questions to ask, and that makes her a fantastic facilitator when it comes to helping her clients think through their business strategies.
Carl began his career in account management at Procter & Gamble. He subsequently held a number of international roles including Country Manager at William Grant & Sons and Trade Marketing Director at Heineken. He specialises in go-to-market strategies, selling and negotiation. His commercial experience and training competence combines with an infectious energy and charisma. He is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch.
Rachele has impeccable commercial background, having spent the first twenty years of her career at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, where she worked in a variety of markets (Mass Market, Perfumery, Pharmacy, Optics) and held senior roles including Sales Director and Commercial Director . She leverages her rich management experience and know-how to help her clients develop their sales organisations and competence levels. She is hugely bubbly and energetic, and is gifted by fantastic empathy, and this makes her an excellent trainer and facilitator. Rachele speaks Italian and English.
David has a great breadth of multi-sector experience, having held many sales roles right through to Sales Director in FMCG, Quick Service Restaurants, mobile phone software, and Pharmaceuticals, on a global basis. This broad experience enables him to understand and engage with ease with clients from many different industries and management levels. David has a particular ability to cut through the chaff, identify the client’s needs and prescribe the appropriate capability solution.
